Fashion always serves as a definitive reflection of personal identity. Specifically, for her 13th collection, titled “The One,” designer Bojana Ugrešić explores the profound relationship between individuality and human connection. Therefore, Inspire Shoots executed this fashion campaign shooting with a clear goal: translating an introspective vision into a clean, objective visual narrative. As a result, our production team maintained a strict focus on the garment’s form, the texture of the materials, and their interaction with the ambient light.
The designs incorporate symbolic elements, such as a one-line drawing of a man and a woman, directly into the garments. Furthermore, the collection includes a visual homage to Michelangelo’s “Creation of Adam.” Ultimately, our objective approach allowed intricate lacework and signature buttons to stand out naturally.
To maintain high standards, the two-day production operated in shifts between photography and video. We divided the lighting architecture to achieve distinct aesthetic results. For instance, one segment utilized flash lighting for high contrast, while the other relied on continuous lighting. Rale Radović photographed model Maja Mihajlović, and Dražen Žigić captured Jovana Medan. Meanwhile, Dušan Stojančević directed the video segments, and Nevena Ugrinov provided the hair and makeup artistry.
Studio Srem provided an effortlessly minimalist space for the project. We utilized the natural white brick background without additional scenography, while Kostantin Matizf styled precise floral arrangements to complement the set. During the shoot, we ensured that sharp tailoring and premium materials remained in the foreground. Specifically, the collection features silk organza, cashmere, and brocade in a classic palette. The contrast between these soft fabrics and the raw studio walls creates a compelling dynamic.
