01. — How do you define your creative style and approach to projects?
Our style is not singular — it is shaped by each client. We start with what the brand or story truly is. Precision in composition, control of light, and attention to every detail form the foundation of every project we put our name to. The aesthetic is built on trust between us and the client — that is the only formula we follow. Form always follows essence.
02. — Do you work with existing concepts, or do you develop ideas from scratch?
We do both — and that is one of our key strengths. If you come to us with a clear vision, we treat it with the utmost respect and bring it to production excellence. If you come to us with a blank canvas, we guide you through the entire creative development process, from the first brainstorming session to the final delivered assets. Every collaboration begins with listening — because a truly creative process always starts with understanding.
03. — Where are you based, and do you work on international projects?
Our operational base is in Serbia, but our projects know no borders. We have worked — and continue to work — with clients across the region and beyond. Neither the shoot location nor the client’s geography is ever a limitation. With mobile teams, proven logistics, and extensive on-location production experience, we are equally effective in Belgrade, Dubrovnik, Milan, or Dubai. Quality travels with us.
04. — What is the optimal lead time before a shoot?
For standard commercial projects, we recommend a minimum lead time of 3 to 4 weeks — enough time for briefing, concept development, location preparation, and logistics. For more complex campaigns, commercial films, or international productions, the ideal lead time is 6 to 10 weeks. Rush projects are possible and do happen — but an exceptional result is always proportional to the time we dedicate to it.
05. — What does your full-service production include?
Our full-service model covers the entire production chain: creative development and conceptualization, location scouting and preparation, photography and video direction, styling and art direction, professional post-production — retouching, color grading, video editing, and motion graphics — as well as final delivery tailored to each distribution channel. The client provides the brief; we deliver finished assets ready for use. Nothing between us and the final result is left unresolved.
06. — Can we hire you for a specific service only (e.g. post-production or design)?
Absolutely. Our structure is modular, allowing us to adapt to the needs of each project. You can hire us exclusively for the post-production of existing material, for design and visual identity, for photography direction without full production — or for any other combination of services your project requires. Flexibility is part of our offering, not an exception to it.
07. — How do you ensure the highest quality of visual content?
Quality is never the result of chance — it is the result of a system. Every project goes through clearly defined stages of review and approval: at the beginning, throughout, and at the end of production. We work exclusively with professional-grade equipment and teams in which every member takes full responsibility for their area of expertise. Our internal quality review process and client review before final delivery are standard, not optional. Every pixel that leaves our studio must have a purpose.
08. — How do we start working together, and what are the first steps?
The first step is always a conversation — a brief call or message where you tell us about your project, timeline, and what you have in mind. Based on that, we send you our proposal and schedule an introductory meeting where we define the scope of work, budget, and creative direction together.
