    FAQ

    Before we
    get started.

A fashion campaign includes a visual concept created to represent a brand, collection, or season. It can involve creative direction, location scouting, model selection, styling, photography, and final image editing. The final images can be used for websites, social media, catalogues, advertising, and other promotional materials.

An editorial shoot is more artistic and concept-driven, with a focus on mood, storytelling, and visual identity. A commercial shoot is created with a clearer marketing purpose, focusing on presenting products, promoting a brand, and communicating with a target audience. Both approaches can be combined to create images that are visually strong and commercially effective.

Yes. Depending on the project, we can help develop the concept, moodboard, visual direction, location ideas, model selection, styling, and overall atmosphere of the shoot. The goal is to create a clear visual identity that reflects your brand.

Commercial shoots are suitable for fashion brands, designers, boutiques, online shops, beauty and lifestyle brands, as well as anyone who needs professional images for promotion, sales, and brand identity.

Yes. The images can be used for websites, online stores, social media, digital campaigns, newsletters, catalogues, and printed materials. At the beginning of the collaboration, we define the intended use so the format, style, and editing can be adapted accordingly.

The duration depends on the scope of the project, the number of outfits, locations, models, and the complexity of the concept. Smaller commercial shoots may take a few hours, while larger campaigns and editorials may require a full-day production or multiple shooting days.

The process usually begins with a consultation and defining the needs of your brand. After that, we develop the concept, agree on the location, styling, and production details. After the shoot, the images are selected and professionally edited, then delivered in the agreed formats, ready for use.

    HOW WE DO IT?

Our Process From Concept To Campaign.

A clear creative workflow for fashion brands, campaigns and visual stories — from the first direction to final assets ready for launch.

    Work with us

We begin with the client’s inquiry and initial brief. In the shortest possible time, we try to understand what needs to be created, what the campaign goal is, which references already exist, what the deadlines are, how many materials need to be delivered, and whether the client already has a developed concept or needs us to build the creative direction together.

    Client brief

We take time to understand the brand, collection, audience, visual identity and the story behind the campaign. This phase helps us define the client’s expectations, the desired mood, the purpose of the images and the level of creative and production support required.

    Brand context

Based on the brief, we define the creative and production direction of the campaign. We establish whether we are executing an already existing idea or developing the full concept, mood, styling direction, model direction, location approach, team structure, shooting rhythm and overall production plan.

    Creative direction

After understanding the project needs, we prepare an initial budget proposal. The goal is to realistically define what can be achieved in relation to the expectations, campaign scope, level of artists involved, models, location, production requirements, organization and post-production.

    Budget range

After the client’s feedback, we refine the project scope and define the total cost. At this stage, we confirm the team, models, casting, fitting, number of looks, location, technical needs, production organization, editing level, timeline and final delivery format.

    Final scope

Once the proposal is approved, the project is confirmed through booking and advance payment. This secures the shooting date, creative and technical team, models, location and all resources needed for preparation and campaign production. The remaining payment is completed on the day of the shoot, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

    Advance payment

During pre-production, we organize all details before the shoot: model casting, fittings, styling, garment preparation, location planning, equipment, shooting schedule, call sheet, timing, number of looks, breaks, logistics and communication with all team members.

    Production prep

On the shoot day, we follow the agreed production protocol, whether we are working in studio or on location. Garments must be prepared and steamed, models go through hair, makeup and styling, assistants and technicians set the lighting, and the shoot follows the planned schedule according to the number of looks, changes and breaks.

    Shoot day

After the shoot, all files are backed up, organized and prepared for review. We apply basic correction to the material so the client can clearly preview the images before selecting the final photographs for editing.

    Preview files

The preview material is uploaded to a private online server or gallery, where the client can review the shoot and select the final images for post-production. This selection defines the exact number of photographs that will enter the final editing process.

    Client selection

Once the client approves the image selection, we define the style, direction and level of post-production. Depending on the campaign, the edit can be basic, commercial or advanced artistic, because some campaigns require a simpler approach while others need a more complex visual treatment. Selected images go through final editing according to the agreed retouching level. This may include skin retouching, garment and fabric correction, background cleaning, color grading, light refinement, removal of technical imperfections and final visual polishing.

    Editing level

When post-production is complete, the final materials are exported in the agreed formats and resolutions. The client receives a private download link with images ready for campaign use, social media, web, lookbook, e-commerce, print or other agreed purposes.

    Final material

After downloading the material, the client reviews the final images and sends feedback if agreed corrections are needed. Minor revisions are completed according to the previously defined project scope, editing level and final deliverables.

The process is completed once all final materials have been delivered, reviewed and confirmed. This allows the campaign to move through a clear system from the first brief to final delivery, with control over creative direction, budget, production and final image quality.
