When Tamara reached out to us about capturing her and Sergijs’ wedding in Poreč, we knew it would be something truly special. There’s something magical about a destination wedding by the sea, and this celebration was no exception. After a scenic 6.5-hour drive, we arrived in Poreč, a stunning town on Croatia’s western Adriatic coast, ready to document every unforgettable moment.
A Day Filled with Love and Joy
Tamara and Sergijs radiate warmth, energy, and pure joy. Their love story is filled with laughter, kindness, and adventure, which made photographing their wedding an absolute pleasure. We started the day by capturing intimate getting-ready moments, highlighting the excitement and anticipation. Then, with the stunning Adriatic Sea as a backdrop, we took some breathtaking portraits that perfectly reflected their deep connection.
A Ceremony to Remember
The celebration continued at Stancija Špin, a picturesque venue that provided the perfect setting for this special day. Guests enjoyed exquisite local cheeses, olives, and fine wines, all accompanied by the gentle strumming of acoustic guitars. Once everyone had arrived, we moved to the Church of St. Maria in Kras for a heartfelt ceremony. Emotions ran high as the couple exchanged vows, surrounded by family and friends. After the ceremony, Tamara and Sergijs released dozens of white balloons, symbolizing their love and new journey together.
A Night of Celebration
The evening unfolded at the Golf Adriatic Resort, where the reception turned into an unforgettable party. The atmosphere was electric, with music, laughter, and endless dancing. From heartfelt toasts to spontaneous dance moves, every moment was filled with joy. We wrapped up shooting at 3 a.m., completely immersed in the magic of the day.
