Wedding Photography in Zranjanin – On a warm day in Zrenjanin, Serbia, we had the honor of capturing the wedding of Olivera and Nuno, a beautiful couple whose journey together began years ago. Their love story took them across borders, meeting while Olivera was studying abroad. After years of long-distance love, they finally got engaged, marking the beginning of their new chapter. The day had arrived when they would become one, and we were excited to be part of this momentous occasion.
The Start of a Beautiful Day
Our day began at the makeup artist’s studio, where Olivera was getting ready. Afterward, she brought us to her home, where the wedding preparations continued. Meanwhile, our second shooter was with Nuno and his family, capturing the exciting moments of the groom’s preparation and the arrival of the guests. In line with Serbian tradition, Olivera’s family warmly welcomed Nuno as he came to pay his respects to the bride before the ceremony.
The Orthodox Ceremony
The couple’s ceremony took place in the beautiful Orthodox church in Zrenjanin. It was a deeply emotional moment, filled with love and tradition. They exchanged rings before God, becoming husband and wife, crowned with love and blessed with a kiss. The service followed Serbian Orthodox customs, with the traditional crown ceremony and the sharing of wine symbolizing their unity in Jesus blood.
The Reception at Kaštel Ečka
After the church ceremony, we made our way to Kaštel Ečka, a charming venue that perfectly complemented the elegance of their day. Sunflowers adorned the venue, creating a stunning backdrop for the civil ceremony, which took place outdoors in the park. Olivera and Nuno exchanged vows once again, this time in a heartfelt civil ceremony. Following the ceremony, the couple took formal photos with their guests, capturing the love and joy of the day.
A Special Moment and the First Dance
As the guests enjoyed refreshments and mingled, Olivera and Nuno planted a tree in the castle’s park, symbolizing their growing love and future together. We captured more moments of the couple, each more beautiful than the last, as they shared tender smiles and quiet moments of happiness. When it was time to enter the reception, they opened the dance floor with their first dance. The energy in the room was contagious, with everyone joining them in celebration.
A Night to Remember
The evening was filled with laughter, joy, and happy tears. The couple watched a heartfelt presentation, listened to touching speeches, and celebrated their love with their closest friends and family.
